Coaching rooted in real leadership, talent and performance experience.
Peak Performance Partners was created for leaders who want a confidential, practical and commercially grounded space to think, grow and perform at their best.
Why I started Peak Performance Partners
I have spent much of my career working close to senior leadership decisions: the appointments, transitions, promotions and organisational changes that shape both businesses and individual careers.
In those moments, I saw how much is expected of leaders. Clarity before they have all the answers. Confidence while carrying uncertainty. Judgement when the consequences are significant. Influence across stakeholders who may not all want the same thing.
I also saw how few genuinely honest spaces many leaders have. The higher someone moves, the more visible they become — but often the less open feedback, reflection and challenge they receive.
That is why I started Peak Performance Partners: to offer leaders and high-potential professionals a confidential, practical coaching partnership where they can think honestly, grow deliberately and lead with greater clarity, confidence and impact.
Ben is a senior talent and leadership professional with extensive EMEA experience across executive hiring, leadership assessment, succession, talent strategy, internal mobility and organisational change.
He has worked closely with CEOs, executive teams, country leaders, HR leaders and senior stakeholders across complex international businesses, helping organisations identify, assess, appoint and develop leaders for critical roles.
His work has consistently sat at the intersection of people, performance and leadership. He brings first-hand understanding of the pressure, complexity and decision-making demands that senior roles create, alongside a strong interest in performance psychology, confidence, resilience and sustainable high performance.
Ben's coaching style is practical, human and commercially grounded. He creates a space that is supportive, honest and focused, helping leaders understand themselves more clearly, reduce the interference that limits performance, and build leadership habits that hold up under real pressure.
Ben is a certified executive coach through the Academy of Executive Coaching (AOEC), bringing more than 25 years' experience across in-house leadership, executive search and recruitment consulting to his coaching practice. He draws on direct experience with leadership assessment and behavioural tools including Hogan, FIRO, DISC, Predictive Index and Emotional Intelligence (EI) profiling, used practically and never as a label.
Coaching should be useful, honest and grounded in the real world.
I believe coaching works best when it helps people think more clearly, act more deliberately and lead in a way that is both effective and sustainable. That means:
For me, coaching is not about becoming a different person. It is about becoming more aware, more intentional and more effective as the leader you already are.
High performance is not just about doing more.
High performance is about understanding what matters most, knowing what gets in the way, and building the habits that allow your best thinking and leadership to show up consistently.
Tim Gallwey's performance equation captures this simply: Performance = Potential − Interference. Much of coaching is about helping leaders identify both sides of that equation — what potential is not yet being fully used, what interference is reducing clarity, confidence or impact, and what would change if the leader had more space, more awareness and better habits under pressure. That is the work.
