How Peak Performance Partners handles your information.
This page explains what information is collected through this website, how it's used, and how you can ask us to change or remove it.
Who we are. Peak Performance Partners is a UK-based executive coaching practice, founder-led by Ben Handyside. For any question about this policy or your information, contact ben@peakperformancepartners.co.uk.
What we collect
When you fill in the discovery call form or email us directly, we collect the information you choose to provide — typically your name, job title, company, email address, phone number (if given), and details of what you're hoping to work on. We don't collect anything beyond what you submit.
How we use it
Your information is used solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange and prepare for a discovery call, and — if you go on to become a client — to deliver and manage your coaching engagement. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties, and we do not use it for marketing unless you separately opt in.
How long we keep it
If your enquiry doesn't lead to a coaching engagement, your details are kept only as long as needed to follow up, then deleted. If you become a client, information relevant to your coaching engagement is retained for the duration of the relationship and for a reasonable period afterwards, in line with standard professional record-keeping practice.
Confidentiality of coaching conversations
This policy covers website and administrative data only. The content of coaching conversations themselves is governed by the confidentiality principles set out on our Approach page, and is not recorded or shared beyond what's needed to deliver the coaching itself.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to explain how it's being used. To make a request, email ben@peakperformancepartners.co.uk — we'll respond within one month.
